Privacy Policy

Who we are
AI Group Call is operated by Neu Software LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, United States ("we", "us"). Questions or requests: tashfene@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google or Apple we receive your name, email address, and a provider account identifier. We never see your password.
- Voice audio. During a call, your microphone audio is streamed to our server and forwarded to OpenAI to run the live conversation (speech recognition and agent speech). Audio is processed in real time and is not retained as a recording by us after the call.
- Transcripts. A text transcript of each call (what you and the agents said), plus AI-generated summaries you request, are stored in your account so you can revisit them.
- Call metadata. Your typed goal, the generated agent cast (including any edits you make), call duration, and timestamps.
- Subscription status. Purchase and renewal state from Apple App Store or Google Play so we can unlock paid features. Payment details (card numbers, billing address) are handled entirely by Apple/Google and never reach us.
- Content reports. If you report an AI response, we store the report and the related conversation for review.
How we use it
- To run the product: create your agent cast, hold the live call, save transcripts and summaries, and enforce the free-minute limit and subscriptions.
- To keep the service safe: reviewing reported content and preventing abuse.
- We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use your audio or transcripts to train AI models.
Who we share it with
- OpenAI (service provider): receives call audio and conversation text solely to generate transcription and agent responses, under their API data-usage terms (API data is not used to train their models).
- Apple / Google: process payments and subscription state on their platforms.
- Our hosting providers: store data on our behalf under contract.
- Authorities, only if legally required.
Retention & deletion
Transcripts and account data are kept until you delete them. Deleting your account (in the app: Settings → Delete account) permanently removes your account, calls, transcripts, and summaries. You can also email us to request deletion or a copy of your data.
Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Access to production data is restricted and authenticated.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Exercise them in-app or by email; we respond within the legally required timeframe. We do not discriminate for exercising these rights.
Children
AI Group Call is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We'll post any material changes here and update the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
