Terms of Use

Effective: July 18, 2026 · These terms are an agreement between you and Neu Software LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, United States ("we", "us").

1. The service

AI Group Call lets you hold live voice conversations with AI-generated participants, and saves transcripts and summaries to your account. By creating an account or using the apps you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. AI-generated content

Everything the agents say is generated by artificial intelligence. It can be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate despite our safeguards, and it is not professional advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). Don't rely on it for decisions with serious consequences, and use the in-app Report feature for content that seems harmful.

3. Your account

You must be at least 13 (or the minimum digital-consent age where you live) and sign in with a Google or Apple account you control. You're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account.

4. Free tier and subscriptions

• Each call includes one free minute; pausing stops the clock.
• Paid plans (monthly or yearly) unlock unlimited call length and are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your store account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their policies.
• Prices may change; changes apply from your next renewal after notice.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, to harass or harm others, to attempt to extract or jailbreak the underlying models, to infringe others' rights, or to probe or disrupt our systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

6. Your content

You own your goals, speech, and edits. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service (process audio, store transcripts, generate summaries). We don't use your content for advertising or model training.

7. Our property

The apps, service, branding, and generated agent casts (excluding your content) are ours or our licensors' and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the apps.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including availability or accuracy. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the service or these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. We may suspend or end the service (or your access) for breach of these terms. Sections that by nature survive termination do.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in them limits consumer rights you hold under mandatory local law.
